Our Guarantee
At Enivel3D, we want you to love your 3D-printed creations. Each item is inspected for structural integrity and aesthetic quality before it is packed. However, because 3D printing is a unique manufacturing process, please review our policies below:

The Nature of 3D Printing
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that 3D-printed items may have small surface imperfections. These are not "defects" but are natural characteristics of the 3D printing process (such as visible layer lines, tiny "seams," or minor color variations in rainbow/gradient filaments). These variations make every piece unique!

Returns & Exchanges

• Standard Items: We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Custom/Personalized Items: Due to the nature of made-to-order and personalized goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom colors, names, or designs once production has started.
• Digital Files: (If applicable) All digital download sales are final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives broken due to shipping or if we sent the wrong item:

1. Please Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include your Order Number and a Clear Photo of the damaged item and the original packaging.
3. We will prioritize a replacement or a refund once the damage is verified.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the 3D printing process has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.
