Welcome to Enivel3D. These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions for using our online store hosted on Big Cartel.
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Overview
Enivel3D specializes in handmade and 3D printed items such as keychains, signs, and personalized gifts.
All products are made to order and crafted with care in our small workshop.
2. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Because most of our items are custom made or personalized, please review your order details carefully before submitting.
3. Processing Time
All items are 3D printed to order.
Processing times vary by item but typically take 1–5 business days before shipping.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.
4. Payments
We accept payments securely through Big Cartel’s approved payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal).
Your payment information is encrypted and never shared directly with us.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States using USPS.
Shipping times are typically 1–5 business days after your order has been processed.
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Enivel3D is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or postal issues once the package is in transit.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Custom or Personalized Items:
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for custom or personalized orders once production has started.
We will always do our best to ensure your item is perfect before it ships.
Non-Custom Items:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can guide you through the process.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
Once a custom or personalized item has started printing, the order cannot be canceled.

8. Product Information
All items are handmade using 3D printing.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
We do our best to display product colors accurately, but screen settings may cause minor differences.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, product designs, logos, and text — is the property of Enivel3D and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Enivel3D is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.
