Handcrafted to Order
Every item at Enivel3D is 3D printed specifically for you. Because we prioritize quality over speed, each piece undergoes a thorough inspection before it leaves our studio.

Processing Times

• Standard Items: Typically ship within 1–5 business days.
• Large or Multi-item Orders: May require an additional 2–3 days depending on print time.
• Note: "Business days" are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage to ensure a balance of speed and affordability.
• Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you the moment your shipping label is created.
• Domestic Shipping: Usually arrives within 3–7 business days after the processing period.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Because custom or personalized items are made uniquely for you, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has begun. If you have a specific vision or color request, please Contact me before ordering!

Damages & Issues
3D prints are durable but can be fragile if mishandled by mail carriers. If your item arrives damaged, please Contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging so we can make it right.
